GETTING YOUR HOUSE RENTED FAST

With many houses for rent in the market, it's important that you have to consider factors that might affect the chance of your house getting rented. Tenants' criteria on finding the right place to rent may be totally out of your control but by considering these tips, you might be able to rent your house out in no time!
1. Price
Before you set your price, consider comparing it to what others are asking so you can set your rent rate reasonably. Depending on your location, the size of the house, and the type of the house, the rate should match these criteria.
2 Space
Make sure your place is clean and smells fresh. Take out any unnecessary objects that are taking space. Invigorate the space by adding potted plants that will make it inviting. If the house is furnished, re-organize furniture and stuff and just leave the basics that are useful and accessories that can enhance the interior. Any object that simply collects dust and takes up space can go.
3, Color
No matter how stylish your house seems, colors are one factor that you should look into. Some colors that appeal to you might be too intimidating for others, so stick to neutral tones. Accent walls that are too bright might turn off your prospects rather than turn them in. Stick to neutral colors or better yet, go for a freshly whitewashed wall.
4. Support Groups
Finding your tenants may be quicker than just doing it entirely on your own. Connecting to real estate agents may not be best for your expected annual rent income, but if it means finding the right candidates and getting your place occupied soon, rather than waiting for ages to find them on your own, then a month's rent income is too small a price to pay and less or no time is wasted.
5. Discounts
You may offer some discount on the monthly rent, cut back on the amount of security deposit, or offer something that will make your place easier for them to choose. It may not be in your best interest, but if you will end up with a responsible tenant who pays on time, then a little compromise, in the beginning, is worth it.
6. Pets
Make their stay more meaningful by allowing pets. As long as you can communicate your expectations on your property's maintenance, that would leave less room for misunderstanding along the way.
